CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Customer: Should the client cancel less than 24 hours before the reserved date for the activity, and this for whatever reason except for an urgent situation or with a medical certificate, Fun Adventure shall not offer a refund. 

If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the reserved date of the activity, the total amount will be refunded, minus the bank charges.

No refunds are available once the activity has commenced, except if it’s a decision taken from Fun Adventure’s management regarding the security of the customer.

However, if the activity operates, rain or shine, and the customer decides not to go, there will be no refund.

In case of a “No Show” or in the case of a customer arriving late for the activity, the tour will leave on time and the client will be fully charged.

Cancellation by Fun Adventure: If a cancellation is made due to bad weather conditions or due to technical problems, Fun Adventure commits to reschedule the activity at a date and time agreed with the client.

If the client chooses to refuse that option, then Fun Adventure will refund the total amount and will be responsible for the bank charges.

In case the activity is cancelled due to bad weather or any over reason, Fun Adventure will not provide the client with a refund for the taxi cost or to cover any other charges which are not included in the activity. 

 

Consumer Data/Privacy Policy

  • 1. Fun Adventure does not collect personal information when you visit our website unless you place an order or contact us via our web-based email form
  • 2. When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information; Your name, email address and phone number. We may share this information, and only the information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your booking. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card.
  • 3. We do not share, sell, rent or barter and identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission.
  • 4. When you submit feedback or questions via email, we will request your name and email address. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiries.
